These terms govern the carriage of goods by RESPONSE CARGO MOVERS PVT. LTD. and the use of this website.

1. Booking

Every consignment is accepted against a consignment note (docket). The particulars declared by the consignor are presumed to be correct.

2. Owner's risk

Unless a separate written arrangement exists, goods are carried at owner's risk and are not insured by the carrier.

3. Prohibited goods

Hazardous, illegal, perishable or contraband items are not accepted for carriage.

4. Freight and charges

Freight is payable as per the payment mode recorded on the consignment note. To-pay consignments are delivered only after collection of the applicable amount.

5. Delivery

Delivery is effected against signature of the consignee or an authorised representative and is recorded as proof of delivery.

6. Claims

Any claim for shortage or damage must be notified in writing within 7 days from the date of delivery along with supporting documents.

7. Liability

The company is not liable for delays or losses arising from events beyond its reasonable control.

8. Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts at Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh.
